Pricing & Order Minimums
Here’s a quick overview of what to expect:
Most premium t-shirt orders of 24+ pieces range from $15–$20 per shirt
DTF Printing: 12-piece minimum. Ideal for smaller orders, full-color artwork, and designs with lots of detail.
Screen Printing: Best value for larger quantities and simple spot-color designs. Minimums depend on ink colors (per print location)
1 color: 24+ | 2 colors: 36+ | 3 colors: 50+ | 4+ colors: 100+
These minimums keep screen setup costs reasonable and help you get the best price.
Embroidery: $40 digitizing (one-time) + approx. $15/item for a standard logo, plus garment cost.
Final pricing depends on the garment selected, artwork, decoration size, placement, and total quantity ordered.
