• Most t-shirt orders of 12 to 50 pieces range from $15–$20 per shirt

• DTF Printing: 12-piece minimum. Ideal for smaller orders, full-color artwork, and designs with lots of detail.

• Screen Printing:24-piece minimum. Best value for larger quantities and simple spot-color designs.
  Minimums depend on ink colors (per print location)
  - 1 color: 24+ | 2 colors: 36+ | 3 colors: 50+ | 4+ colors: 100+
  These minimums keep screen setup costs reasonable and help you get the best price.

• Embroidery: $40 digitizing (one-time fee) + approx. $15/item for a standard logo, plus garment cost.

Final pricing depends on the garment selected, artwork, decoration size, placement, and total quantity ordered.

Both DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints and screen prints generally last for
50 to 100+ wash cycles when applied and cared for properly.

DTF Prints Durability: 50–100+ Washes

• Optimal Care: 80 to 100+ washes, and tumble-dry low or air-dry.

• Best Care Practices: Wash inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle,
avoid bleach or fabric softeners, and tumble-dry low or air-dry.

Screen Printing Durability: 50–100+ Washes

• Standard Plastisol 50 to 80+ washes
  for most consumer apparel.

• Best Care Practices: Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle; avoid bleach and fabric softeners; tumble dry low or air dry.

• Industrial / Heavy-Duty Workwear: Can outlast standard printing if cured deeply into the fabric fibers, though very thick ink layers will eventually crack over time.
